Phase 2 — February 18, 2026
Feedback gathered during Phase 1 was used to develop potential corridor alternatives, which were presented to the public during Phase 2. During this second Community Meeting Series, more than 130 community members attended meetings at La Porte High School, Matthys Elementary School, and San Jacinto College to review the proposed alternatives and provide additional feedback.

Phase 1 — September 16, 2025
During Phase 1 of the Irvington Boulevard Corridor Study, more than 100 community members participated in the first Community Meeting held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the Harris Department of Education. Participants were invited to respond to questions displayed on large engagement boards, complete a survey, review existing corridor conditions, and speak directly with the project team about opportunities and challenges along Irvington Boulevard.
